42 Goals allows you to set daily goals, log progress, visualize achievements and share them amongst your team or department.

Joe's Goals is similar to iDoneThis, but is a bit more visual. Possibly the oldest (and simplest) goal-tracker in this list.

Goals on Track promises to help you achieve goals by doing less. What it really does is help you prioritize and focus, so it feels like you're less busy while you're getting more done. You can track your goals, visually chart your progress and see reports.

LifeKraze is a community-oriented app that was started to encourage individuals of all ages to live actively. But it's also a great motivation platform that uses a competitive point system to give positive reinforcement and perks for completing goals.

LifeTick offers goal tracking and coaching. You can set yourself up as your team's coach and get real time updates on progress.

Daytum is another data-focused goal tracker. It helps you collect and communicate statistics.

WeekPlan lets you set goals for the week, or longer term goals, and create a task list for each day of the week that will help you achieve that goal. Inspired by the book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, this tool helps you remember your long term goal each day by doing something towards achieving it.

your.FlowingData uses Twitter as the interface for entering data. You can encourage your employees to send a quick Tweet when they've completed a task, and it will get entered into a private page where everyone can visualize and track progress.
